Sample Itinerary
Day 1 Welcome to mid-coastal Maine! Upon arrival, enjoy a festive welcome reception and a special get-acquainted dinner.
Day 2 This morning, enjoy a continental breakfast before your visit to the Maine Lighthouse Museum, which houses the largest collection of lighthouse and coast guard artifacts in the United States. After your visit, meet your guide and continue on to the summit of Mount Battie for breathtaking views of Penobscot bay. After a leisurely lunch on your own in Camden, one of Maine’s loveliest little harbor towns, you will have a short drive to the incredible Maine State Prison store in Thomaston for the best buys anywhere. Your arrival back at your hotel will give you plenty of time to relax before enjoying another scrumptious included dinner this evening.
Day 3 This morning, enjoy a continental breakfast. After breakfast, depart for Acadia National Park, where you will meet your guide for your tour of the park and a trip to the top of Cadillac Mountain for a spectacular view of the mountains, lakes, forest and ocean. Later, enjoy lunch on your own in Bar Harbor filled with charming shops, galleries and distinctive restaurants. A lobster dinner is included this evening.
Day 4 After a farewell continental breakfast, you will say good-bye to Maine as fresh ocean breezes gently guide you home.
